1. Aluminium Fascia, Soffits & Copings
Project - New Travelodge, Army & Navy, Chelmsford, Essex
Main Contractor - ISG Jackson
Products - Bailey, Combined Aluminium Bullnosed Fascia & Soffit
ARP Ltd, Aluminium Wall Copings and Flashings.
Details - Bespoke fascia & soffit system together with wall copings installed to galvanised sections. All fabrication was to our manufacturer's drawings and these based on our site measurements. All Aluminium was polyester powder coated to RAL7005.
Project - Residential Development, Orwell Quay, Ipswich

Details - Bespoke fascia & soffit systems installed to metal backgrounds. Wall copings fixed with brackets to ply / brickwork / blockwork backgrounds. All fabrication was to our manufacturer's drawings and these based on our site measurements. Aluminium was polyester powder coated to a standard RAL colour.

2) Aluminium Rainwater Goods
Project - Residential Development, Risby, Suffolk
Main Contractor - Hopkins Homes
Products - Alumasc Cast Aluminium Half Round & Victorian Ogee gutters together with 76mm diameter pipes.
Details - We installed 125mm Half round & Victorian Ogee gutters to a standard fascia together with 76mm diameter downpipes on various extensions and new buildings. The specified Alumasc rainwater goods were in keeping with the existing property. Aluminium was polyester powder coated.
Project - New Hall, New House Farm, Polstead, Suffolk
Main Contractor - M Chisnal & Son
Products - Alumasc Cast Aluminium Half Round Gutters together with Cast Socket Downpipes.
Details - We installed 125mm HR gutters to a standard fascia together with 76mm diameter pipes on various extensions and new buildings. The specified Alumasc rainwater goods were in keeping with the existing property. Aluminium was polyester powder coated.
3) Aluminium Cladding
Project - Aldi Stores, Various Locations (5no to date)

Products - Bailey, Aluminium Cladding for Fascias / Bargeboards
Aluminium Box Gutters together with Square Pipes
Details - 150mm Cladding planks secret fixed to galvanised carcassing complete with all necessary trims. We installed cladding to new extensions as well as replacing the existing timber boarded fascias, bargeboards and soffits.
150x100mm box gutters were installed with 100x100mm square downpipes to all elevations.
4) Cast Iron Rainwater Goods
Project - New House, Stokes Hall, Althorne, Essex
Main Contractor - McLaren Construction
Products - J & J W Longbottom 150x125mm Moulded Ogee No.46 Gutters, Decorative Hopper Heads together with 100x75mm Rainwater Pipes
Details - All cast iron was supplied direct from the foundry in a primed finish, however on this particular project our offer of decoration was accepted and a further primer and two finishing coats were applied prior to installation.
Project - New Porch, The Old Deanery, Bocking, Essex
Main Contractor - Anglia Commercial
Products - Alumasc Heritage Cast Iron 125mm HR gutters together with 63mm diameter downpipes.
Details - All cast iron was supplied direct from Alumasc in a high performance black finish (3 coat finish, factory applied). Gutters and pipes were installed to oak rafters and posts to achieve a popular cartlodge style feature.
5) Cast Iron LCC Soil & Vent Pipes
Project - Corpus Christi College, Cambridge
Main Contractor - Haymills (Contractors) Ltd
Products - Alumasc Harmer LCC Traditional Imperial Dimensioned Cast Iron Pipes
Details - This project involved the replacement of PVCu soil & vent stacks with the more traditional cast iron pipework. We ensured only a limited amount of pipework
was removed at one time to guarantee all pipes could be reinstated by the end of the working day.
6) Cast Iron Internal Pipe Systems
Project - Market Gates, Shopping Centre, Great Yarmouth
Main Contractor - ISG Jackson
Products - Ensign Cast Iron pipes, 70, 100, 150 & 200mm diameter.
Details - Pipes were installed both vertically and horizontally within the building. Pipe stacks were constructed from the ground floor with the larger diameter pipes, built through the floors and made live, with connections to the 75 & 100mm diameter flat roof outlets.
7) PVCu & Cast Iron Internal Pipe Systems
Project - Residential Flats, Carrow Road, Norwich
Main Contractor - Jackson
Products - Alumasc Harmer SML Cast Iron Pipes, 100mm diameter.
Marley PVCu 110mm diameter Pipework
Details - Marley PVCu pipes were connected to flat roof outlets and fixed internally through the building. Cast iron pipes were preferred in the basement and car park areas because of their resistance to vandalism or accidental damage. Connections between cast iron and PVCu pipes were made with standard couplings.
8) PVCu Fascias, Soffits & Rainwater Goods
Project - Residential Development, Bucks Horn, Belstead
Main Contractor - Ashby Lawrence Homes
Products - Swish Summit Fascias, Soffits.
Marley Deepflow Rainwater Goods
Details - New residential development, all fascias, soffits and bargeboards were installed to the timber trussed roof structure with stainless steel polytop fixings. Once the roof tiling was completed we returned to site to install the rainwater goods.
Project - Domestic Property , Ipswich

Products - Swish Fascias, Soffits. Marley Deepflow Rainwater Goods
Details - All existing fascias, soffits, rainwater goods were removed and cleared from site. Swish Jumbo 20mm fascias and soffits together with Marley rainwater goods were re-fixed. We also arrange scaffolding, asbestos removal and the re-running of eaves and verge tiling, this all included within our written quotation.
9) Galvanised Steel Rainwater Goods
Project - Barn Conversion
Customer - Mr Christie
Products - Lindab Galvanised 125mm Half Round Gutters with 87mm diameter
Details - A small developer who carried out a similar project to Mr Chrisite's recommended Plasufix as an approved installer of Lindab. Gutters were installed on standard brackets to fascias and on rafter brackets to rafters, these fabricated to suit the roof pitch.
10) Composite Weatherboarding
Project - Residential Development, Harston, Cambs
Main Contractor - Cromwell Homes
Products - Hardiplank Siding with Harditrim
Details - We installed weatherboarding to our own timber framework complete with a breather membrane. Harditrim was used for corners and window reveals.
11) Exterior Sheet Cladding 
Project - Alterations / Extensions, Clacton Leisure Centre
Main Contractor - Hutton Construction
Products - Terspa Meteon, also of interest Aluminium Porthole
Window Reveals & Drip profiles.
Details - Trespa panels were supplied in factory cut sheets and face fixed to timber backgrounds with torx screws. Sheet sizes were planned so all joints married up with least amount of wastage. An aluminium trim was utilised to crate a drip edge on the bottom panels. The porthole window reveals were specially fabricated in aluminium to our measurements. All aluminium was powder coated to match the Trespa sheets.
